Swap room is a free exchange of accessories (examples: table numbers, cupcake holders, chalkboards, centerpieces etc.)

Barn Rental
Starting at $800

Setup and clean up
Any rental other than weddings scheduled up to 4 hours. Up to 1 additional hour prior to event for preparation allowed (refer to BRF Decorating Policy for decorating guidelines). Additional time may be added for a fee of $200/hr with prior approval (2 additional hours maximum).
