Our Farm
Step back into the turn-of-the century.
Our mission is to maintain the original charm and beauty of our land through regenerative farming practices and chemical free growing while sharing an authentic farm experience with as many people as possible.
The history of Big Rock Farm.
Big Rock Farm is an authentic, working farm and home to our prized Belted-Galloway cattle and stunning Belgian Draft horses. With over 60 acres of fertile soil and beautiful pastures, Big Rock Farm lends its name to the largest visible glacial deposit in Monroe County, located on our property.
Built in the 1800s, our property was owned and operated by the Knapp family until being acquired by the Zabawa family in the 1970s. Now managed by Lori & Sean Zabawa, the original farmhouse and barns have since been renovated and restored to working condition. With the addition of our brand new venue facility in 2025, Big Rock Farm is excited to welcome guests to experience all that we have to offer.
